Innovation for Health - Shaping the future of healthcare

Yee Jek Khaw & Marcus Kho

HARDY is a home based assistive rehabilitation device for elderly patients undergoing rehabilitation after stroke. It aims to create an engaging experience through a game centric programme.

Onscreen game will prompt users to shift physical blocks to advance through the game scenarios. The blocks used are also designed to active different fine motor skills and will be progressively introduced in the game as users gain more strength and dexterity.

Data collected will then be used to tailor the speed, difficulty and intensity of the game play.

This project is done by Marcus Kho, Chia Yong QIng and Yee Jek Khaw.
