Michelle Poirot holds a master degree in Innovation Management in the Life Sciences and Health and is specialized in optimization of organisational innovation processes and valorizing innovations from science to market. She has experience in valorization of a broad range of health innovations, including drug development and medical technology. Within PNO she advices organisations on their innovation strategy, business plans, funding opportunities, and exploitation strategies. Michelle is a certified project manager and is part of the H2020 project UTILE that evaluates over 1200 European Health projects and facilitates valorization of high potential innovations.
About UTILE (The EU-HEALTH INNOVATION MARKETPLACE)
UTILE, composed and coordinated by PNO Consultants, analyses over 1200 EU projects and identifies the research results with the highest potential for further valorisation and exploitation. During the project, we actively support these high potential research results to facilitate further development and exploitation. For example, by promotion on our online Innovation Marketplace that matches technology push with market pull, by connecting them to relevant players in their value chain, and by providing training on exploitation issues and help them build their exploitation strategy.
