Eva van Rooijen is specialised in building innovative and entrepreneurial teams. In 2011 she founded a life sciences recruitment agency, working with scale-ups and several international biotech and medical device firms expanding their business to Europe. In 2017 she has sold her company and after one year as Director of Recruitment, Eva joined NLC I The Healthtech venture builder early 2018. NLC brings together the best tech, best people and best capital to build life-changing ventures. Within NLC, Eva is responsible for Talent Management which includes attracting the best entrepreneurs as CEO for these new ventures.
