It is key to realizing ambitions raising quality and to being able to fully develop promising new techniques and insights that keep us on the forefront of science and innovation. In this session we will explore how to fully develop talent, speed up innovation, provide opportunities for young professionals and companies and accelerate the spreading of knowledge by using the instrument of learning communities; a triple helix approach to human capital development and innovation.
