Abstract

Innovation that works
Daily new health care innovations are created. Many of these never reach the end user or are unable to generate benefit. The Health Care Innovation Center , THINC. (UMC Utrecht) works together with innovators to evaluate usability, feasibility, and (cost) effectiveness of early stage innovations. Our multidisciplinary THINC. team uses an agile approach of scientific engineering and, moreover, has access to scientific data and the clinic to evaluate the innovation in context. This way of working generates innovation that works.
