River BioMedics - Closer to the Heart

River BioMedics develops 3D human heart models based on stem cell technology that are able to mimic the pumping function of the human heart. We have validated our models with a set of drugs known to affect the heart, and aim to sell the use of these models to pharmaceutical companies for them to develop their new drugs in exchange for upfront and milestone payments. We envision to revolutionize drug discovery!
