Abstract

Data science for biological drugs prescription
The mechanism of action of biologics is often well known, most of the time even by design. Yet, using this information and characterizing the metabolic status of each patient before prescribing such drugs is not the standard care yet. Arthritis management is no exception, although it is the main source of public health expense in most developed countries. In this talk, we will introduce RheumaKit, a precision medicine platform combining transcriptomic and data science to promote more informed therapeutic decisions.
